The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government, led by the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), was accused by Interior Minister Talal Chaudhry on Thursday of being hesitant to act against the terrorists.
His comments were made barely two days after the Parliamentary Committee on National Security decided to deal with terrorist organizations “iron hand” during its in-camera meeting.
The minister stated during a news conference in Islamabad today that the threat of terrorism is resurfacing in the nation.
“Those political parties who have a soft spot for terrorists boycotted the Parliamentary Committee on National Security meeting,” Talal added, making fun of the PTI.
