According to a report that has received thousands of interactions on Facebook and X (Twitter), the Islamabad High Court (IHC) recently made a ruling allowing television channels to broadcast live addresses by imprisoned former prime leader Imran Khan.

Reality
The IHC has not lately issued any such orders.
The high court’s public relations officer, Asif Iqbal, refuted the allegations made online. He informed Fact Check that there was no such written record when he checked with the appropriate judicial branch.
