ISLAMABAD: In honor of Pakistan Day on March 23, the Islamabad Traffic Police have released a route plan for high traffic.
On Pakistan Day, the federal capital will host a parade of the armed services.
Police say that from midnight on March 22 to 3 p.m. on March 23, all heavy vehicles would not be allowed to enter Islamabad.
Additionally, Srinagar Highway will be closed to all incoming and outgoing traffic on Sunday between Seventh Avenue and Kudiyanwala Chowk from 6 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Vehicles traveling to Bhara Kahu have been instructed by traffic police to take alternate routes, including as Club Road, Rawal Dam Chowk, Kashmir Chowk, and Seventh Avenue via Pak-China Road.
