Meena Khan Afridi, the education minister for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), has denied rumors that he was caught “cheating” on the Bachelor of Laws exam.
His explanation follows the rapid social media spread of a summons that the Controller of Examinations, University of Peshawar, had sent to Afridi earlier this year.
The notification ordered the leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) to appear before the university’s Examination Discipline Committee (EDC) on January 30, 2024, to answer to allegations that he or she used “unfair means” in the aforementioned examination.
