The government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has issued a notice prohibiting its workers from participating in any protests or events hosted by the outlawed Pashtun Tahafuz Movement (PTM).
The warning, which was made public on Tuesday, declares that it is unlawful and subject to legal action for any government person to physically, financially, or in any other way participate in the operations of organizations that are prohibited.
The document goes on to highlight that all staff members in all government agencies have been made aware of the ban and that any infraction will result in legal penalties.
