Edward Enninful, who oversaw the top fashion magazine for more than six years while pushing boundaries and promoting diversity, is being replaced as head of British Vogue by a new executive.
However, Nnadi, a mixed-race woman from London who was appointed to the position, told News that more work has to be done.
“Obviously what Edward did was incredible, I’m only taking the conversation further,” she stated.
She worked her way up the ranks over the next 14 years, eventually becoming the editor of Vogue.com.
Nnadi identifies herself “first and foremost as a storyteller” and has conducted interviews with celebrities including Angelina Jolie and Rihanna.
