One of Ellen Degeneres’ final residences in the United States has been sold.
According to People Magazine, the 67-year-old former talk show presenter and her 52-year-old wife have sold their recently listed $5 million home in West Hollywood, California.
Situated next to Butterfly Beach, this 1,691-square-foot Spanish bungalow has two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
On Thursday, March 20, the home, which had a $4,995,000 listing price, entered escrow.
According to a spokesperson of Riskin Partners Estate Group, who arranged the sale, the couple sold the property for $5.2 million after receiving “multiple offers within two days of hitting the market” on the listing.
