ISLAMABAD According to The News on Saturday, opposition parties have chosen to fortify their anti-government alliance in the face of the apparent impasse in stalled negotiations between the government and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI). They also intend to hold important meetings and discussions with like-minded parties.
During its three-day journey to Sindh, the opposition leadership will meet with leaders of like-minded parties, including as Pir Pagara, the Grand Democratic Alliance, and Ayaz Palijo in Hyderabad, as part of its contact effort and to broaden the alliance.
Days after PTI founder Imran Khan gave the party instructions to “get in touch with other opposition parties for protests after Eid as soon as possible,” the revelation was made.
