LONDON: The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) UK chapter is expected to protest against former Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Qazi Faez Isa, who was the first Pakistani judge to get an invitation to a banquet on Tuesday from The Honourable Society of the Middle Temple.
Sahibzada Jahangir, a friend and former adviser of party founder Imran Khan, and Jahanzeb Khan, the former senior vice president of PTI UK, confirmed to Geo News that a protest has been called at the Middle Temple in Central London to protest the participation of former CJP Isa and to denounce the society for inviting him and elevating him in the Temple.
Former ministers and advisors Shehryar Afridi, Maleeka Bokhari, and Zulfi Bukhari will also be present during the protest, according to Jahanzeb.
