The seven-time Super Bowl champion entered the ownership ring almost immediately after he announced his “for good” retirement in February 2023.
According to Mark Davis, he and Brady reached a consensus in May 2023, although there were a number of hiccups.
But in order to formally join the squad, Brady received the approval of the majority of the league’s other owners.
Brady’s chances of making a second comeback are eliminated because owners are unable to participate. He had already insisted that he was done playing, but now it’s official.
Brady was joined as a minority owner by Richard Seymour. They join Jerry Richardson and George Halas.
