The provincial cabinet announced on Thursday that the Sindh government intends to start the Pink Electric Motorcycle program to increase female mobility through environmentally friendly transportation.
A cabinet meeting was presided over by Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah to discuss a number of topics, such as the purchase of electric vehicles (EVs), double-decker buses, and 1,000 pink electric motorcycles for women.
The provincial cabinet was provided with the plans created by the province’s transport and mass transit authority to introduce roughly 1,000 electric motorcycles for women during the meeting.
