Supporters of Democrat Kamala Harris are hoping for an 11th-hour shift after Republican Donald Trump declared victory in the US presidential election.
While Harris hoped that certain late-counting states could change the outcome, Trump delivered a victory address after numerous US media outlets predicted that his victory would secure the White House.
