“I tried to p— him off by dating the backup, and it worked because he was also a bad boy,” the wife of the Los Angeles Rams quarterback stated. “Matthew is a Southern gentleman, very charming, and all that. It infuriated him that the backup was the total opposite.”
It clearly surprised Mrs. Stafford since it made news everywhere.
When Stafford played quarterback at Georgia from 2006 to 2008, he faced Joe Tereshinski, Joe Cox, A.J. Bryant, and Mohamed Massaquoi. Stafford did not disclose which quarterback she dated.
Since Cox was the only person in Athens for Stafford’s three seasons, online detectives surmised that Cox was the one who had “dated” Kelly.
