A Russian woman is returning to the United States after stowing away aboard a Delta Air Lines aircraft from New York to Paris last week.
The woman has been recognized by French officials as Svetlana Dali.
Dali is currently traveling to John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York after departing Paris on Wednesday on a flight from Charles de Gaulle Airport just after 3 p.m. local time (9 a.m. ET).
Two French security agents led her onto the Delta Air Lines aircraft. According to an airport official, “everything is going to plan.”
By hopping into separate security lines, a woman managed to evade inspections and board a flight to Paris.
She took a seat quietly on the middle aisle near the rear of the plane. Every now and then.
