18 of the 80 people on board were hurt when a Delta Air Lines regional plane overturned when it landed at Toronto Pearson Airport in Canada on Monday in windy conditions after a snowstorm, according to officials.
According to a Canadian air ambulance official, three passengers on aircraft DL4819 from Minneapolis-St Paul International Airport—including a child—were critically injured, and fifteen more were sent to hospitals right after.
Late on Monday, Delta said that several of the injured had been freed.
