Three women were killed and thirty-three additional passengers were injured in a tragic accident that happened close to the rest area on Motorway M3 in Nankana Sahib, Punjab.
According to reports, a fast coaster lost control, struck a Mazda, and then went off the highway. A 6-year-old girl was one of the victims, and several others were hurt in the incident.
Six of the injured, according to emergency rescue workers, include women and children. Both the injured and the dead were sent right away to DHQ Hospital for treatment.
The coaster, registered CAF 5653, was traveling from Multan to Lahore-Sialkot when it got involved in the accident, which was blamed to overspeeding.
