According to what News is told, Tim Weller, the former chairman of Trustpilot and founder of Incisive Media, has consented to take on the role of chairman at Incubeta.
It is believed that this week’s internal announcement of Mr. Weller’s appointment was made. Mr. Weller is the chair of the online architecture platform Resi, among his other board roles.
Carlyle sponsored many acquisitions after investing in Incubeta eighteen months ago at a price of £200 million.
This is Mr. Weller’s most recent appointment to a board position.
In 2021, he led the £1 billion plus stock market float of Trustpilot and facilitated the acquisition of another digital agency, The Goat, to WPP Group.
Additionally, Mr. Weller served on the board of Superawesome, a children’s technology business that Epic Games acquired in 2020.
He has chaired the board of Tremor International, an advertising technology company, among other public companies.
He was appointed chairman of Venetus, an adtech company catering to the gaming and entertainment sectors, two years ago.
