The song, which has been well praised, encourages the idea of one heart, one soul, and one Pakistan.
The audience has responded strongly to its final cry, “Pakistan forever, Pakistan Zindabad,” which has as its subject advancement, peace, and stability.
Pakistan Day honors the landmark Lahore Resolution of March 23, 1940, which laid the groundwork for the subcontinent’s Muslims to establish an independent state.
