According to the Washington Blade, GLAAD, the Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation, will honour the presenter of the Oprah Winfrey Show on March 14, 2024.
This award would be given in recognition of Winfrey’s unwavering advocacy and promotion of human rights, as well as equality, acceptance, and understanding within the community.
