During the operation, which took place in different parts of the nation between March 17 and 24, 18.14 metric tons of fertilizer, 26.08 metric tons of sugar, 288 cigarette case stocks, 962 fabric cans, and 0.696 milliliters of Iranian oil were found.
100 cigarette stocks were retrieved from Karachi, 65 from Peshawar, and 123 from Quetta by relevant authorities. Additionally, 0.45 metric tons of sugar were recovered from Peshawar and 25.63 metric tons Pakistani sugar were taken from Quetta. Additionally, 0.008 ml of Iranian oil was found in Multan, 0.604 ml in Karachi, and 0.015 ml in Karachi.
3,036 metric tons of fertilizer, 247 metric tons of grain, 33,956 metric tons of sugar, 226,432 cigarette stocks, 244,578 cloth bags, and 4.094 milliliters of Iranian oil have been taken from various locations throughout the nation since September 1, 2023.
In order to get the nation out of this challenging period, the pertinent agencies are resolved to keep up their efforts against smuggling.
