The director of Avengers: Doomsday disclosed that Robert Downey Jr., the new villain for Marvel, is undergoing a “intense process.”
Joe Russo discussed the Oscar winner’s preparations for Doctor Doom’s arrival in the upcoming Marvel movie in an interview with ET.
“Building the character is an extremely demanding task. He is really engrossed in it. He is really on point. [Downey’s] creating costume concepts and history.”
He said, “I think he just loves really rich, three-dimensional characters and I think he sees a real opportunity here with that character.”
