According to news, the prime minister expressed his “appalled” reaction to the deaths of the World Central Kitchen (WCK) workers to his Israeli counterpart Benjamin Netanyahu on Tuesday night.
Along with the US and Canadian dual citizens, Polish and Australian nationals were also killed, as was the Palestinian driver of the vehicle carrying the group.
“The prime minister spoke to Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu this evening,” a news spokeswoman stated.
He expressed his shock at the deaths of three British citizens among the humanitarian workers in yesterday’s bombing in Gaza and called for an open, transparent, and in-depth independent investigation into what transpired.
The prime minister declared that the situation in Gaza is getting worse since far too many relief workers and regular citizens had died there.
