On Wednesday, US President Donald Trump thanked the Pakistani government for apprehending the “top terrorist” connected to the 2021 attack at the Abbey Gate in Afghanistan, which claimed the lives of 13 US service members.
“Three and a half years ago, a [Daesh] terrorists killed 13 American service members and countless others in the Abbey Gate bombing,” President Trump said in a speech to a joint session of Congress.
He underlined how crucial this collaboration is to the war against terrorism.
The top terrorist who committed that crime has just been captured, and he is currently his route to face the swift blade of American justice, Trump declared tonight.
