According to a statement released by the Foreign Office (FO) on Tuesday, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has invited Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan to come to Pakistan for a two-day official visit on February 12 (tomorrow).
FO spokesperson Shafqat Ali Khan said that a high-level delegation of corporate executives, ministers, and other senior officials would accompany President Erdogan.
PM Shehbaz and President Erdogan will co-chair the 7th Session of the Pakistan-Turkey High-Level Strategic Cooperation Council (HLSCC) during the two-day visit, which is scheduled for February 12–13, the spokesperson added.
“Several significant agreements and memorandums of understanding are anticipated to be signed at the end of the session, along with a joint declaration. A joint press stakeout will also be addressed by the two leaders, the release said.
