Green Enclave-I and Green Enclave II projects were inspected by Secretary Dr. Shahzad Khan Bangash and Housing and Works Minister Mian Riaz Hussain Pirzada.
A news release stated that the Turkish commercial counsellor expressed interest in investing in the projects while on the tour.
The minister promised to conduct monthly monitoring visits to check on the status of the project and praised the Federal Government Employees Housing Authority’s performance. He thanked Sky Gardens CEO Chaudhary Ismail, top officers, staff, and retired Captain Mohammad Zafar Iqbal, the director general, for their contributions to Green Enclave II.
The majority of Project Green Enclave-II allottees, according to Minister Pirzada, would receive possession letters after August 14.
He emphasized how urgently more residential and commercial amenities needed to be completed for both programs.
In Islamabad, Green Enclave-I Bhara Kahu occupies about 3,375 kanals of land, and construction is moving quickly. at addition, the Housing Authority and a private company collaborated on Project Green Enclave II (Sky Garden) at Bara Kahu, Islamabad.
Green Enclave-II’s first phase is almost finished. By the end of 2025, development on about 2,403 kanals is expected to be finished. The first phase, which includes Blocks A, B, C, D, and E, is under way. Thanks to the hard work of the technical staff, 20 percent of Block D has already been finished.
