The military’s propaganda wing reported on Wednesday that security forces had killed 12 terrorists in separate intelligence-based operations (IBOs) in the Kech district of Balochistan and the North Waziristan district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
According to a statement from Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), security forces carried out an IBO on the reported presence of terrorists in the Miran Shah area of North Waziristan on November 12–13.
“Own troops successfully engaged Khwarij’s [terrorists’] location during the operation’s conduct, resulting in the death of eight Khwarij and the injury of six Khwarij,” the statement continued.
Separately, the ISPR reported that an intelligence-based operation in Kech district killed at least four terrorists, including a “high-value target.”
According to the statement, security officers carried out the IBO in the general region of Balgatar of Kech on the evening of November 12–13.
