BAJAUR: According to authorities, at least two people were killed in twin explosions that tore through Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s District Bajaur on Saturday, as reported by News.
Waqas Rafeeq, the Bajaur District Police Officer (DPO), acknowledged the two explosions and stated that Tehsil Mamund was the location of both.
“The first bomb went off in the Eirab area, killing a citizen identified as Malik Asghar, while the second exploded in the jurisdiction of Loi Police Station, Mainakhor, in which a policeman was killed,” said DPO Rafeeq.
He stated that Ehsanullah was the name of the deceased police officer.
The cops started looking into the explosions. The attacks have not been attributed to anyone.
The twin explosions are the most recent act of terrorism as the nation struggles with an increase in militancy and security breaches.
