PESHAWAR: According to authorities, a terrorist incident in Lakki Marwat, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, on Monday resulted in the martyrdom of two police personnel.
The police claimed that the officers were attacked by terrorists while riding their motorcycles to the local police station in the Kheru Khel Pakka area.
Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi responded by honoring the fallen officers and praising their bravery and commitment.
“We salute the sacrifices of the martyred officers who have set an example of bravery,” he stated.
Naqvi offered the families of the fallen heroes his deepest sympathies and reaffirmed the country’s unshakable support. He also reaffirmed the government’s commitment to protecting law enforcement and emphasized the historic achievements made by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s police force in the war against terrorism.
