The musician Umair Jaswal posted a photograph of himself on the photo-sharing app Instagram. He was wearing a turban and an off-white sherwani with embroidery on it, and he was dressed like a groom. The post was labeled “Alhamdulillah” by him.
A translated phrase from the holy Quran appeared after this caption, saying, “Your Lord will soon give you so much that you will be satisfied.”
Although the artist has not yet disclosed the identity of his spouse, he has received a barrage of congratulations from his followers.
