For the past ten years, children with disabilities have been receiving rehabilitation treatments from the Pakistan Army-established Umeed Special Education Center in Quetta. The center’s mission is to give kids with a range of challenges the greatest mental, academic, and technical training available.
Children with Down syndrome, autism, cerebral palsy, vision impairment, intellectual disabilities, hearing impairment, ADHD, and visual impairment are supported at the center. 112 kids are enrolled in the center’s training programs at the moment.
The center’s importance in the Quetta community has been highlighted by the parents of these youngsters who have expressed gratitude for the efforts made in rehabilitating their children with disabilities.
