To aid Palestinians in Gaza and the occupied West Bank, the UN will issue a global plea for donations worth $2.8 billion.
Andrea De Domenico, the director of the Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs in the Palestinian Authority, stated that 90% of it is obviously for Gaza.
According to De Domenico, the initial plan was for spending $4 billion by 2024, however due to the “limited ability” of humanitarian aid distribution, budgets were cut.
