AJMAN: To commemorate Pakistan Day, the emirate of Ajman, United Arab Emirates, hosted a unique art show.
The exhibition featured beautiful paintings of Pakistan by Middle Eastern painters who have never been there but were moved by its diversity, rich culture, and beautiful scenery.
The show, which was organized by Iftikhar Hamdani and curated by Saima Furqan, a Pakistani art aficionado, encouraged Arab artists to depict the beauty of Pakistan on canvas. “These artists have never been to Pakistan, but they have painted it so beautifully that they now yearn to visit the land they have come to admire,” Hamdani said in an interview with Geo News.
