Pakistani Hajj pilgrims may now go directly from their homes to the Haram Sharif in Makkah thanks to a comprehensive transportation package that includes 300 luxury buses and is available around-the-clock from the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony.
According to a ministry statement, the bus service is open around-the-clock to give pilgrims doing the hajj the freedom to travel whenever it is most convenient for them.
The goal of the always-on bus service is to lessen pilgrims’ inconvenience so they can concentrate on their spiritual journey and acts of worship.
Four entry points encircling the Haram have bus stops built to provide effective and well-organized transit.
These planned points are where pilgrims are picked up and dropped off, ensuring a smooth traffic flow and reducing congestion in the vicinity.
To better improve the pilgrims’ travel experience, the government has assigned guides to help pilgrims along the way.
By assisting pilgrims in following their prescribed paths, these escorts make sure they arrive at their destination without incident.
The pilgrims receive invaluable knowledge and assistance from the guides, in addition to having their questions and concerns answered.
