Prince Saud bin Abdullah bin Jalawi, the governor of Jeddah, welcomed Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and his high-level team to Saudi Arabia. The reception was also attended by Consul General Khalid Majid, Pakistani Ambassador Ahmed Farooq, and other diplomatic representatives.
The prime minister is expected to meet Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman while in the country.
Strengthening bilateral ties and increasing Saudi investment in Pakistan will be the main topics of discussion.
