On February 25, a Pakistani individual who was illegally present and considered a national security priority was returned to his home country by US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Dallas.
The government agency stated in a statement that Syed Rizvi, 56, a Pakistani national, was ordered to leave the United States after US intelligence sources determined that he was a national security priority and that he was removable under the Immigration and Nationality Act.
Josh Johnson, acting director of the Enforcement and Removals Operations Dallas Field Office, stated that “illegal aliens suspected or known to have ties to organizations that threaten public safety will not find refuge in the US.”
“Our most important priority is to arrest and remove those who pose an imminent danger to the citizens of the US.”
