Prominent for her extraordinary acting abilities, Pakistani actress Ushna Shah has talked about her battle with prosopagnosia, also referred to as facial blindness. Her capacity to identify faces and recall names of people she meets is impaired by this issue.
Ushna discussed how her experience with prosopagnosia is affecting her career on a recent episode of her show. She related an instance in which she was unable to identify an actress she frequently meets at the gym.
She made special notice of her work with actor Akhtar Hassnain, who played her uncle in the drama series “Aakhir Kab Tak.”
She spotted him in the gym, but she didn’t talk to him because of a bogus notion that he mistreated animals.
