On Wednesday, Hudgens was observed departing a Santa Monica, California, hospital.
She was holding her newborn while being wheeled to a waiting automobile.
Hudgens had wished her husband a happy birthday on Instagram the same day he turned 28.

The couple is still keeping the gender and anticipated delivery date of the baby a secret.
This is Hudgens’ first kid with Major League Baseball star Tucker, whom she married in Mexico in December of last year.
