After turning fifty, Victoria Beckham disclosed one notable shift she had observed in herself.
The fashion designer said that as she ages, she “cares less” about celebrity in an interview with Harper’s Bazaar.
“This has been going on for too long. I guess I did as a child, but there are simply too many things going on, too many people, and too many children to worry about these days. “I don’t care that I woke up at fifty,” Victoria remarked.
“You have to go through those times to make you, ultimately, who you are,” the Spice Girls bandmate said, recalling the need to defend her privacy. Right now, we want to live our lives in a quiet manner, and we’ve sort of worked it out.”
