The terrible death of Russian ballet dancer Vladimir Shklyarov has occurred. His age was 39.
According to a Mariinsky Theatre representative who talked to local news agency Fontanka, Vladimir died on November 16 after falling from a building’s fifth storey.
The dancer was taking pain medication prior to her November 18 spinal surgery when the incident happened.
The Mariinsky Theatre sent a poignant message on Instagram on Saturday to notify Vladimir’s passing.
