Following the shooting on Monday just before 5:00 p.m. in Well Lane, Walsall, police have opened a murder inquiry.
It is not believed that the condition of the second wounded individual is life-threatening.

“Officers will be offering reassurance, so please talk to them if you have any concerns.”
