Actress Ayeza Khan from Pakistan barely avoided an altercation on set while filming her drama opposite Hamza Ali Abbasi.
In a video that Ayeza posted to her Instagram, the actress was seen hurling a burning scarf. But when she threw the shawl, flames lit up the ground, and she tripped over it.
Ayeza appeared oblivious to the circumstances until someone shouted her name to alert her from behind the camera.
The 32-year-old actor posted the footage to Instagram and thanked Allah for keeping her safe in situations like this.
“Being an actor is not an easy job. We just deliver our best performance and forget about what would happen next when the director shouts, “Action.” Unexpected events can occur occasionally.
“However, Allah is watching over us, and I am very grateful that He watches over me every single day. Not to mention, you guys have never shown us more gratitude for our performance.
“We appreciate everyone’s unwavering love and support for us actors. This is precisely the motivation behind our efforts to advance in our careers and provide the finest service we can,” the speaker stated.
