With over ten years of coaching expertise, he has contributed to the development of players like Ben White, Moises Caicedo, Evan Ferguson, Jack Hinshelwood, and Robert Sanchez, making him a vital component of Brighton’s talent machine.
Brighton has sold Caicedo, Sanchez, and White alone for around £200 million.
