The production company’s stock increased and related item sales surpassed hundreds of millions of yuan thanks to the Chinese animated feature Ne Zha 2, which has made over 14 billion yuan ($1.9 billion) at the box office since its release, according to sources.
The movie has made over $2.07 million since its premiere, solidifying its place as the highest-grossing movie in the area for 2025.
After four weeks, Variety reports that the Chinese animated picture has earned $1.9 billion from almost 80,000 screens, making it the highest-grossing animated feature in movie history. The achievement placed it among the top eight movies ever made in the worldwide box office, surpassing Inside Out 2.
