Hazim Bangwar, a bureaucrat, was relegated to the Sindh Services and General Administration Department and removed from his position as assistant commissioner.
Bangwar, who was known for having a quirky demeanor, was assigned as the assistant commissioner general of Karachi in the Karachi Commissioner’s office.
Following his appointment as the assistant commissioner of North Nazimabad in 2023, the official gained not only recognition and appreciation among the general public for his duty and dedication, but also for his varied fashion sense.
Following claims that he was removed from his official position, he made news once more today.
There was no indication of why Bangwar was removed. But according to the sources, he was fired because of a report that he had sent out notices to officials who were lingering too long at the official houses.
