The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has forecast warm, humid weather for Karachi during the next 24 hours.
With a sea wind blowing at 6 km/h and a recorded humidity of 68%, the city’s maximum temperature is expected to be between 33°C and 35°C.
The lowest recorded temperature in Karachi within the last 24 hours was 21°C.
According to the PMD, temperatures will continue to rise starting on Friday, reaching between 37°C and 38°C.
The city is forecast to see hot and dry weather during this time, with northwesterly dry winds dominating during the day and a return of sea breeze in the evening.
But starting in March, the temperature is probably going to decline.
