KARACHI: Jawad Memon, a meteorological analyst, has predicted a dramatic decrease in temperatures for Karachi and the coastal regions of Sindh and Balochistan as Pakistan begins the first week of Ramadan.
Over the following two to three days, residents of the port city should anticipate a two to three degree Celsius drop in evening temperatures.
Temperatures in Karachi are predicted to be between 13°C and 16°C at night. Memon stated that milder nights with temperatures between 10°C and 12°C are expected in central Sindh.
Similar lows of 10°C to 12°C can be expected in Karachi’s suburban suburbs, such as Surjani Town, Scheme 33, and Steel Town, while temperatures in neighborhoods like Federal B Area, Orangi Town, and Gulshan-e-Iqbal may range from 12°C to 15°C.
