WhatsApp has formally declared that it would be introducing a new privacy feature that will let all users decide how and where their contacts are kept on various devices.
Users now have more discretion over contact management thanks to the new functionality, which allows them to either sync contacts with their phone’s address book or retain contacts stored within WhatsApp.
WhatsApp Settings > Privacy > Contacts > WhatsApp Contacts is the option to access the intriguing new feature of the Meta-owned instant messaging program.
Users can also add and modify contacts on all connected devices using the new capability, according to WABetaInfo.
