At the Karachi airport, immigration officials stopped a Pakistani man who had been deported for begging in Saudi Arabia as he tried to enter the country again.
Alehandro Panhwar was arrested by immigration officials after they allegedly offloaded him from a Saudi Arabian jet at Jinnah International Airport.
The passenger’s name was already in the blacklist category, according to a Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) official.
Additionally, the FIA officers disclosed that Panhwar had visited the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) in 2019 using an Umrah visa. He engaged in beggarly while there and was later taken into custody by Saudi authorities. Later, in June 2023, he was deported to Pakistan.
