Donald Trump’s first significant appointment as president-elect is Susie Wiles, who will serve as his White House chief of staff.
She will be the first woman in history to hold one of Washington’s most significant non-elected positions.
Mr. Trump referred to her as a “ice maiden” in his victory address and gave her credit for his “best-run” campaign.
This is all we currently know about her.
American football player’s daughter
New Jersey is where Susie Wiles was raised. Pat Summerall, a deceased American football player, was her father.
He gave her credit for helping him get clean and enroll in an alcohol treatment program prior to his passing in 2013.
