The team’s attack is still led by 41-year-old former England scrum-half Wigglesworth, who will now work with Borthwick to develop England’s overall strategy and oversee the coaching staff.

Borthwick recruited 33-time England player Wigglesworth into the England squad after the two collaborated during the 2022 Premiership victory for Leicester Tigers.
After Felix Jones quit as defense coach after seven months, England hired Joe El-Abd of Oyonnax in September.
